Nepal Tibet Bhutan India Tour

Make a lifetime experience traveling with our 28-Day Nepal Tibet Bhutan India Tour. The tour begins at Kathmandu – visiting the sights of this capital: the three ancient cities (Bhaktapur, Patan, Kathmandu) of Kathmandu valley, Durbar Square, the Temple of the Living Goddess Kumari. You will then enjoy Pokhara, plus a hiking experience in Annapurna to stay at the Kalsee Eco Lodge and marvel at its magnificent views of the Himalayas.

Next, travel to Lhasa to visit the palace of the Dalai Lamas, as well as the biggest Monasteries (Sera, Drepung). Enjoy a walking tour of Barkhor Bazaar, tour of Gyantse (includes Palcho Monastery), Kumbum, and then travel to Shigatse – home of Palchen Lamas. You will visit Tashilunpo monastery and continue further to Everest Base Camp (subject to restrictions). You then travel over the Himalayas back to Kathmandu, where you take a short flight to Bhutan. There you will visit Thimpu (capital city), Punakha Dzong, Tiger Nest, and more.

Then a morning flight takes you to Delhi, India. You visit Jaipur-the pink city, with its forts, temples, and bazaars. Of course you will see the magnificent Taj Mahal in Agra! Then you will spend  two days in Ranthambore Tiger Reserve and visit Varanashi and more of incredible India.

Day 1
Arrival in Kathmandu
You will be met and transferred to your hotel.
Day 2
Sightseeing city, local guided tour
Explore Kathmandu Durbar Square, visit Kumari-the living goddess, Swayambhunath stupa, Boudhanath stupa and more.
Day 3
Drive 200 km to Pokhara
Enjoy scenic drive to Pokhara. Explore the lakeside city on your own.
Day 4
Short hike to Kalsee Eco Lodge
Take a short hike from Lumle to Kalsee Eco Lodge.
Explore around Kalsee Eco Lodge
In the morning enjoy the magnificent mountain views from Kalsee Eco Lodge, and in the afternoon enjoy activities at the lodge, including short hiking to villages, the forest and a temple
Day 6
Travel back to Pokhara
After breakfast take a short hike to Dhampus Phedi or Kande, then drive an hour to Pokhara. The afternoon is yours to enjoy shopping and sightseeing in Pokhara.
Day 7
Scenic flight to Kathmandu
After breakfast take a scenic flight to Kathmandu. On arrival you will be met and transferred to Bhaktapur. Enjoy a walking tour of Bhaktapur.
After breakfast drive to the airport for your flight to Lhasa, China. On arrival you will be met and transferred to hotel in Lhasa. The rest of the day is at your leisure and to acclimatize.
Day 9
Explore Lhasa
Explore Potala Palace-former palace of Dalai Lamas, Norbulinka, Jokhang temple, and enjoy a walking tour of Barkhor Bazaar.
Day 10
Explore largest monasteries in Tibet, China
Visit Sera and Drepung Monasteries.
Day 11
Travel to Gyantse
Enjoy a scenic drive through the plateau of Tibet. You will observe Yamddok Yumtso- one of three largest lakes of Tibet. Visit Palcho Monastery, the famous Kumbum Pagoda (nine stories high with 108 doors and 77 chapels containing clay sculptures and various murals).
Day 12
Travel to Shigatse
In the morning you will have some free time to explore more in Gyantse. After breakfast a short drive takes you to Shigatse. This afternoon you will visit Tashilhunpo Monastery. The most amazing thing in this monastery is the statue of giant Maitreya (Future Buddha), erected by the 9th Panchen Lama in 1914. This giant statue stands twenty six meters in height and is made of 275kg of solid gold, plus a great quantity of pearls, corals, turquoise stones and amber. Overnight in Shigatse.
Day 13
Travel to Shegar
After breakfast you will enjoy a scenic drive through the Tibetan plateau. Overnight in Shegar.
Day 14
Travel to Old Tingri
After breakfast you drive to EBC (Everest Base Camp), observe EBC, then travel back to old Tingri. You will have the opportunity to observe magnificent views of the Himalayan range of southern Nepal.
Day 15
Travel Kyrong
After breakfast, drive to Kyirong, a border city of China. You have free time to explore the local town.
Day 16
Travel to Kathmandu
After the immigration and custom formalities of China and Nepal, you will travel along the Trishuli River. The first hour is comprised of off-road driving. Road expansion work is going on so traffic jams are expected.
Day 17
Fly to Paro-Thimpu
After breakfast you transfer to Kathmandu airport for your flight to Bhutan. On arrival at Paro International Airport, our representative will meet and transfer you to the hotel.
Day 18
After breakfast, you will go to Punakha, visit Punakh Dzong, and then drive back to Thimpu.
Day 19
Travel to Paro

Day 20
In the morning you will go to Paro Airport for your flight to Delhi. On arrival in Delhi you will be met by our representative and be transferred to Jaipur, also known as the Pink City.
Day 21
Discover Jaipur - the Pink City. Visit Amber Fort, several palaces and temples, City Maharaja's palaces, astronomical observatory, and more.
Day 22
In the morning, we continue by the road to the Ranthambore National Park, former hunting reserve of the Maharajahs of Jaipur and a sanctuary of wild animals.
Day 23
Today we have two game drives to the park and time to wander through the jungles to find the elusive tiger.
Day 24
After breakfast, we will drive to Agra. En-route, we will take the road to Bharatpur for Keoladeo Ghana National Park, where we will take a rickshaw ride. This park is home to more than 300 species of birds.
Day 25
Travel Varanashi by Night train
Today, we will visit the Taj Mahal and experience its enchanting beauty. Taj Mahal defines the saga of love through its architecture and intricate carvings. Mahal is known as the "Symbol of Love.” After breakfast, we continue by road to Agra to visit Agra Fort. In the evening you will be transferred to the station to take the overnight train towards Varanasi. You spend the night on-board.
Day 26
Arrival Varanasi and transfer to the hotel. The day is free to explore the city and Ghats of Gange at your own pace. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 27
After breakfast, we will drive to the domestic airport of Varanasi to take the flight to Delhi. Arrival and check in into the hotel. The day is free to explore at your own leisure. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 28
Sadly, your tour concludes this morning after breakfast. You will be transferred to airport for your onward flight.
