All reservations must be made through Evergreen Tours International or its agent (where applicable or available) at least 14 days before the tour begins. Please secure confirmed air reservations beforehand. To ensure efficient handling of all reservations and inquiries full details are necessary such as arrival and departure dates and flight numbers, rooming list, and name of the hotel required as well as an alternative choice. Where quoted tour codes should also be included.
Deposit & Payment:
A US$150 per guest deposit is required at the time of booking. Full payment is required at the time of booking if your trip starts within 90 days. We accept most major credit cards and demand draft and wire transfers (U.S. funds made payable to Evergreen Tours International P Ltd). Please do not send cash.
Payment in full is due 90 days prior to trip departure. Balances may be paid by wire transfer or credit card. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation if full payment is not received by the due date. All required documents and forms are due 60 days prior to departure.

While Evergreen Tours will make every attempt to operate a trip once confirmed; we do reserve the right to cancel a trip at any time due to insufficient bookings and/or reasons beyond our control that might create unsafe or undesirable travel conditions for the participant. In such cases, a full and immediate refund will be issued.
However, the financial liability of Evergreen Tours shall be limited to the amount paid to Evergreen Tours for the tour only and shall not be extended to cover any other associated travel costs incurred (e.g. non-refundable air tickets, visa fees if applicable, clothing, equipment, miscellaneous transportation costs, medical expenses, travel insurance premiums, etc).
All trip prices are based on double occupancy or twin sharing. Single rooms are available for an additional charge, referred to as a “single supplement” on our website and in our brochure. If you are traveling alone and wish to share a room, we will attempt to find a roommate for you. If we’re unable to do so, you will be assessed the customary single supplement.
On designated Family Vacations, children 7-12 years old who share a room with one or more adults receive these discounts (not combinable with other discounts or offers):
We strongly encourage guests to purchase travel insurance to protect their vacation investment.

There will be no refunds in part or full in respect of any items if they are not utilized either by choice or circumstances once the tour has commenced.
Normal hotel check-in time is 2 p.m. Hotel checkout time at 12 noon and may be extended a few hours at hotel management’s discretion. Please ensure your arrival and departure time are taken into account when you book your accommodation.
Places of interest will be closed on certain public holidays.
Not included in the cost are expenses of a purely personal nature expenses, airfare, tips, personal baggage, entry fees of sights, accident insurance coverage, and other items not specifically mentioned herein or in our quote.
Our prices are guaranteed unless otherwise stated. However, Evergreen Tours reserves the right to change, amend or alter prices and/or tour itinerary/or any or all of the conditions stated herein from time to time with or without prior notice. All prices are quoted in US dollars.
Please ensure that you have valid travel documents and a sufficient visa if applicable prior to arrival.
Recommended to one large bag, preferably backpack or suitcase, plus one small day pack to carry with you.
All arrangements for the provision of transport, accommodation, and other services are made by Evergreen Tours (the Tour Company) through its appointed agents (where applicable) only. The Tour Company, its employees, and/or agents are not liable for any loss, injury, accident, damage, or delay, which may occur during a tour or holiday, organized by the Tour Company. The Tour Company shall not be responsible for and shall not incur any liability for delays, loss, damage, costs, claims, lost profits, or consequential loss caused by or as a result of any delay, sickness, weather, strike, war, quarantine, acts of God, or any third-party system failure or other causes.
The traveler shall be regarded in every respect as carrying his/her own risk with respect to loss or injury to person or property. The Tour Company reserves the right to alter or cancel routes, timetables, itineraries, and accommodation reserved where necessary.
